We only choose projects where our craftsmen can take a pride in the work that they do. We are not about mass production but rather individual buildings carefully crafted, with traditional methods to stand the test of time.

10 Year Structural Warranty
Most Warm Beautiful Homes come with a 10 year residential development warranty, that covers the structural elements of the building and is underwritten by ICW. Each warranty starts from the date the project was completed, so you'll benefit from the remaining coverage within the ten-year warranty period. The warranty covers the cost of correcting defects that may occur in any crucial structural elements, from the walls and foundations to the windows and roofing.
In the unlikely event of a structural issue, the warranty covers the cost of everything from rebuilding works, design alteration fees, removal, storage and reinstallation of contents, and alternative accommodation whilst works are carried out.
2 Year Workmanship Warranty
The 2 year workmanship warranty provides you with peace of mind that if a problem appears then you don't need to worry. Each warranty starts from the date the project was completed, so you'll benefit from the remaining coverage within the two-year period. We will rectify or provide financial compensation for defects affecting the home and any common areas which are clearly attributable to workmanship faults, provided they are reported immediately after being identified and within 24 months of the date of purchase (the "warranty period"). In the unlikely event that alternate accommodation is required then we will provide this and if further professional fees are required to rectify the defects then we will provide further compensation for this.
Building Control
All work is inspected and approved as it progresses by building control. This means the work is done as it should be to the National Building Regulations with no compromise. A third party building control company provide the Building Regulation approval process to ensure compliance of projects both at plan and site stage. They raise the certificates confirming compliance.

Manufacturers Warranties

All new homes from Warm Beautiful Homes come with a range of appliances and manufactured components. They are all brand new and pristine when you take possession of your home. These include doors, windows, and all of the contents of the kitchen and bathrooms. We pass on the benefit of all manufacturer's warranties and provide the appropriate documentation.
